2012
Baobab Secondary School emerged the Best Exhibitor for the Tanzanian Schools Exhibition Competition held in 2012 at Mlimani City, Dar es salaam.
2013
The School received the Certificate of Award from Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) for the Best Presentation during the Dar es salaam Secondary Schools Tax Quiz Competition held in 2013.

In 2013, the school received the trophy from the Ministry of Education, Science and Vocation for being the Best performing Non – Government School in Form Four National Examination (CSEE).

In 2013, 2014 and 2015, the School received the Certificates of best performance from the then Ministry of Education, Science and Technology as follows:
i. One of the best Performing Non Government Secondary schools ii. One among the most improved Non Government Schools

In 2014, it produced the best student (Tanzania One) in Form Four National Examinations (CSEE).

In 2014 also it produced the best student number 06 in Business Studies in the Form six National Examinations (ACSEE).
2015
In 2015, it produced the best student number 07 for female candidates in Form Four National Examinations (CSEE).
2017
In 2017, the School became the First Winner in the Health and Environmental Cleanliness Competition for Bagamoyo District.
2019
In 2019, it produced the best student (Tanzania One) in Form Six National Examinations (ACSEE) in Business Studies.
2020
In 2020, it produced the best student number 04 in Form six National Examinations (ACSEE) in Business Studies
